The majority of our consultants have served in a professional consulting capacity or in interim executive management positions.
A consultant's "road" lifestyle is an important consideration for CHP. Normally, CHP consultants work on site at a client's facility all week, commuting home each weekend. Travel usually occurs Monday mornings and Friday afternoons. Consulting engagements are generally 8 - 12 weeks or longer in duration. Interim management engagements usually run 3 - 6 months or longer in duration.
The general criteria we look for in CHP consultants consist of the following: - Significant subject-matter expertise in the healthcare industry.
- Significant experience in upper level executive management positions.
- Ability to work on site throughout the continental United States or internationally
- Willingness to work on consulting engagements with varying durations.
- Computer literacy to include a minimum of Microsoft Office Suite Software.
- Professional Certification for finance positions.
