Every Community Hospital and Board is different. Unlike other firms that provide a cookie cutter format that you the client must accept, CHP designs the entire management services contract around your wants, needs and budget. Each operations partner has more than 20 years of experience in operating small to medium sized hospitals, and has also had regional management experience running multiple hospitals at a time.
CHP charges a competitive monthly management fee. The senior management of the hospital (CEO, CFO and CNO, if needed) are a true pass through. Other services provided by CHP are made available to the hospital on an as needed basis, therefore you only pay for what you need, and you get what you pay for.
Our contracts should really be called "Partnership Agreements For Services" because the Hospital only pays for what is provided, and more importantly you have the right to terminate the agreement with a 90 days notice on a with or without cause basis. CHP therefore understands that we need to earn your business every day.
