The process for recruiting new consultants consists of both phone and personal interviews. All our consultants sign confidentiality statements, and their backgrounds are checked thoroughly by a national firm. Prior to being assigned on an engagement, at least one partner personally interviews each consultant. When a specific client requires additional code of conduct or compliance statements, CHP processes any additional paperwork.

Our consultant database is extensive and includes CEO's, CFO's, COO's, CNO's, Controllers, Business Office Managers, Revenue Managers, Reimbursement Specialists, Managed Care Professionals, Physician Practice Management Professionals, and Attorney's.
